Pearson Farm's homemade Custard Pecan Pie and Chocolate Pecan Pie are ready to eat uponarrival. If you prefer, they can be enjoyed by warming in a 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or untilbubbly. The pies will remain fresh for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. They can also be stored for upto 3 months in the freezer.
