WHERE IS PEARSON FARM LOCATED?

We are located approximately 100 miles south of Atlanta in the heart of central Georgia’s Peach County. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED?

Pearson Farm ships via UPS and orders are typically shipped out the day they are received.  During peak times, order processing may take longer.  We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of US holidays. Our perishable items are only shipped Monday through Wednesday, to ensure delivery in two days or less.  For more detailed shipping information, please visit the Shipping Details page.

CAN I ENCLOSE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

We are always happy to enclose a gift message in your package. All messages are typed on a custom gift card that is placed inside your package. During the checkout process, please include the giver’s name in the message, as we do not include packing slips in packages.

CAN I HAVE AN ORDER SHIPPED FOR A SPECIFIC DATE SUCH AS A BIRTHDAY?

At Pearson Farm, we do our best to ensure that gifts arrive as close as possible to your special occasion. However, weekends often interrupt the flow of shipping and may slow down delivery. We suggest contacting our Customer Service team at 888-423-7374 or customerservice@pearsonfarm.com to make arrangements for special shipping/delivery instructions.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO TALK WITH SOMEONE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER INSTEAD OF ORDERING ONLINE?

Yes!  We love speaking directly with our customers, and are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.  Please call 888-423-7374 to speak to a member of our Customer Service Team.

DOES PEARSON FARM KEEP INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS ORDERS?

Upon visiting our website, you will be prompted to create an account.  Your account will allow you to keep shipping addresses from previous orders; however, we do not store credit card information. Our Customer Service Team is also available to assist you with locating previous orders and shipping addresses.

ARE SPECIAL REQUESTS EVER CONSIDERED?

HOW ARE PEACHES SHIPPED?

To ensure your peaches arrive in peak condition, they are always shipped to arrive within 2 days of the ship date. We ship peaches Monday through Wednesday for delivery the same week. For more detailed peach shipping information, please visit our Shipping Details page.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
