OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN COOKIES
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1-(1.55 ounce) milk chocolate bar - grated
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Pearson pecans
Directions:
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate bar and pecans. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes approximately 66 cookies.
