Pecan Cranberry Rolls

2nd Place Winning Recipe from the Pearson Farm Recipe Contest at the 2017 Georgia National Fair

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese- softened
  • 1 ¼ cup pecans - chopped
  • 6 Slices of cooked bacon- chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries- chopped
  • ½ cup green onion- chopped fine
  • 4 large tortillas - spinach or flavor of your choice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
  2. Lay tortilla flat and spread mixture evenly to the edge.
  3. Roll tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Unwrap roll and cut into ½ inch slices.
