2nd Place Winning Recipe from the Pearson Farm Recipe Contest at the 2017 Georgia National Fair
Ingredients
- 2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese- softened
- 1 ¼ cup pecans - chopped
- 6 Slices of cooked bacon- chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries- chopped
- ½ cup green onion- chopped fine
- 4 large tortillas - spinach or flavor of your choice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except tortillas.
- Lay tortilla flat and spread mixture evenly to the edge.
- Roll tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Unwrap roll and cut into ½ inch slices.
