Using an e-gift option opens up a world of possibilities in the corporate gifting world. Simply choose the gift you want to share and let the recipient choose when and where they would like to receive it.

When choosing the e-gift option, you can select when and how you would like your recipient to receive their e-gift. E-gifts can be delivered in 3 different ways: (1) a link copied and emailed to the recipient by the purchaser*, (2) emailed to the recipient from Pearson Farm, or (3) texted to the recipient from Pearson Farm.

If your recipient does not immediately accept the e-gift, a reminder will be sent 24 hours after the original and again in 7 days. If the e-gift is not accepted within 30 days, the order will be refunded to the purchaser.

*If you choose to send the link to your e-gift recipient, there will be no follow-up messages from Pearson Farm. You will need to follow up and ensure that your e-gifts have been accepted. The order will be refunded in 30 days if the e-gift is not accepted.

When placing your order, you will be given the opportunity to ship your gifts immediately or choose a later date. If you choose to ship immediately, those orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, order processing may take longer. We ship via UPS Monday through Friday with the exception of US holidays.

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Once UPS has possession of your packages, you will receive a shipping email. This email will include your tracking number. Tracking information is also available in your account dashboard.

Orders may be edited up until they are submitted for processing. Once an order has been moved into our shipping system, changes cannot be made. Make sure all addresses and product information is correct before submitting your order.
