  • 1 sleeve Graham crackers 
  • 1 cup chopped Georgia pecans from Pearson Farm
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar



Line cookie sheet which has sides with foil. Place on it a layer of Graham Crackers that have been broken in sections . Bring to boil butter and brown sugar. Cook just to dissolve sugar, about 2 minutes. Pour this mixture over Graham Crackers and sprinkle nuts onto the crackers after you have poured the sugar and butter mixture on the crackers; bake in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Just slightly cool and cut into strips, and then allow to finish cooling.
