MARY'S PECAN OATMEAL COOKIES
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup toffee pieces
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix brown sugar and butter until fluffy or creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix.
Add oatmeal, toffee pieces, pecans and flour.
Mix by hand into cookie dough.
Portion dough on to greased cookie sheets with a melon scoop.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
