
EASY PEACH COBBLER
Order a box of farm fresh Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm to make this delightful, peachy and oh so easy Peach Cobbler today!
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick of butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups of sliced Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm
DIRECTIONS:
Melt stick of butter in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish in the 350 degree oven. While the butter is melting, mix the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla together and pour over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR! Spoon peaches over the mixture. DO NOT STIR! Cook at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
Makes 10-12 servings
