Last week, the Georgia National Fair was in town and Pearson Farm was proudly represented! From selling our fares in the Georgia Grown store, sponsoring and judging recipe contests to sharing our delicious goodies with Fair goers, Pearson Farm was all over the fairgrounds. For the very first time, we set up at the sampling station a couple days outside the Georgia Grown Store. Who would have imagined that during the time we handed out samples of our delicious,
Peach Pepper Jelly, we would sell EVERY jar we had available...
....and how exciting it was to watch Fair goers choose

Our booth in the Georgia Grown store was as successful as ever, despite Hurricane Michael closing down the Fair for a couple of days. 
It was quite an honor to have our own Angela Young, chosen to judge the "NOT YOUR MAMA'S MAC & CHEESE" recipe contest!
However, the highlight of the week was the Pearson Farm "PECAN" recipe contest. Maria, Head Baker from Mary's Kitchen, represented the Farm. She judged the contest as well as presented the winner and runners up with their prize checks and gift boxes of Pearson Farm Pecans. CONGRATULATIONS!!
