Desirable In-Shell Pecans

There’s something rewarding about the process of cracking open nature’s packaging and enjoying the results of your efforts, a Pearson Farm fresh pecan. The Desirable pecan certainly lives up to its name. The thin, easy to crack shell makes these pecans a crowd-pleaser and customer favorite.  Please be aware that great variation in oil content can exist across pecan varieties and crop years.  The Desirable pecan is a drier pecan variety and has less oil than many of our other varieties.  

All of our In-Shell Pecans are USDA Grade U.S. Extra Fancy.  Please note that weather significantly affects our pecan crop.  Oil content is directly related to moisture totals, so a drier fall season will lead to less oil in pecans.
