Pecan meal was a great addition to a base of a chocolate delight dessert that I make. I would've made a photo but my husband started eating it as soon as it was ready. He loved it.

Got this as a "freebie" and though we were not sure initially how "fine" this would be to work as a possible flour replacement, after trying this pecan meal in my spouse's GF Keto cookies, we were actually quite surprised at not only how well it worked (It was used to replace 1/3 of the necessary flour, not all the flour, it's not fine enough for that but could probably be blended even finer if needed) but how well it made the cookies taste. We enjoyed them so much, we have already used up an entire bag of the pecan meal-making just the cookies! Next bag...we're going to try pecan-crusted chicken then pecan-crusted strip steak. We would definitely buy this again!

I love the meal and the flavor in the cookies I tried. However, it is unfortunate that you have to deal with the small pieces of shell. I now have tried to sift through the remainder of the meal to try to get out those small pieces of shell.

Wow! I just made a pie, for a gluten-free friend, and I used this pecan meal with butter and brown sugar. The crust was so tasty! I am gonna use this again for our next dessert!
