Our pecan meal consists of finely ground Pearson Farm Pecans. Like our pecans, the meal is gluten free, keto friendly, and never cross contaminated with other tree nuts, making it a great flour alternative for nut allergy sufferers. Use this pecan meal as a breading for fish or chicken, a flour substitute for your baking needs or try as a thickener in gravy or oatmeal and see how this pecan meal enhances the flavor!

Pecans kept at room temperature in a sealed air-tight container will last up to 45 days. Refrigerate your pecans to extend the freshness 6-9 months. When frozen in an air-tight container, pecans can last up to 2 years. Pecans can be thawed and re-frozen multiple times. Store alone. Pecans have a high oil content and have a tendency to absorb odors when stored with other items.

Pecan orders are typically processed and shipped the day they are received, with the exception of weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, order processing may take longer. We ship via UPS Monday through Friday with the exception of US holidays.

These are wonderful. Do yourself a favor and buy the biggest bag. These pecans are much better than any other pecans I have ever had, the flavor and texture is so... lovely. I have a ton of life threatening food allergies. I can't eat any grain or any legumes or sugar. I use these pecans as a crust for meats, they make wonderful breading. I use these in almost everything for pork chops or on ground chicken you can make really lovely chicken nuggets. Of course if you don't have all these allergies these would be perfect in cookies, pies and breads. Thank you so much Pearson family for making these available for shipment.
