Pecans kept at room temperature in a sealed air-tight container will last up to 45 days. Refrigerate your pecans to extend the freshness 6-9 months. When frozen in an air-tight container, pecans can last up to 2 years. Pecans can be thawed and re-frozen multiple times. Store alone. Pecans have a high oil content and have a tendency to absorb odors when stored with other items.

Chocolate pecans should be stored in a cool, dry place. Each year, we ship fresh Pearson Farm pecan halves to a small chocolatier in Pennsylvania who fashions our decadent Pecan Chocolate Products. While they are irresistible, the facility that creates these decadent gems, uses equipment that also processes other nuts.

Pecan orders are typically processed and shipped the day they are received, with the exception of weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, order processing may take longer. We ship via UPS Monday through Friday with the exception of US holidays.
