• 1 sliced peach, pit removed
  • 1 Tbsp butter, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose or white whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 dash cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the peach in half. Remove the pit. Slice the peach without peeling the skin. Place the peaches into a ramekin or small baking vessel.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Work the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture is crumbly. This can be done in a food processor as well.
  4. Add cinnamon to the peaches and a little bit of brown sugar if you like. Sprinkle the sugar/flour topping over the peaches.
  5. Place on a sheet pan to collect any drips, and place into preheated oven.
  6. Bake until top is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
A special thanks to Eric Samuelson at Eat Like No One Else for his weekly blog posts/reviews of our Pearson Prince Subscription Series during the 2018 Peach Season. This delicious recipe was made using our Scarlet Prince Peaches.
