Praline Pecans


1 lb  light brown sugar

1 stick of butter

1/2 cup water

5 cups Pearson Farm pecan halves


In a large Dutch over, bring sugar, butter and water to a full boil.  While stirring, let boil for a full 5 minutes.  Pour pecans in, remove from heat and stir to coat.  Pour out onto a greased cookie sheet to cook for a couple of minutes and separate.
