PECAN STUFFED DATES
12 strips of bacon
8 oz of dates
1/2 cup cream cheese
Slice bacon strips into thirds. Stuff each date with a pecan half and small amount of cream cheese. Wrap each date with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place the dates on a baking dish and cook in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Place cooked dates on serving platter and enjoy!!

I found that if I chop the pecans and mix the pecans with the cream cheese it works faster for Me. Taste is the same.
