Peach Preserve Hors-d'oeuvres
Ingredients
- Round Table Water Crackers (or any preferred Crunchy cracker that hold their shape)
- Havarti Cheese or any cheese on hand (Pepper jack is great for a little spice) cut into square slices
- Pearson Farm Peach Preserves
- Mint Leaves
Directions
Assemble Cracker Hors-d'oeuvres in the following way: Place Cracker flat on serving plate and top with a square of cheese, tsp. of Pearson farm peach preserves and sprig of mint leaf. Assemble enough to accommodate your guests.
