KATHY'S CHEESE BALL
3rd Place Winner of the Pearson Farm Pecan Recipe Contest at the 2021 Georgia National Fair- Recipe submitted by Donna London
INGREDIENTS:
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 (10oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups Pearson Farm Pecan Pieces
DIRECTIONS:
In mixing bowl, to cream cheese, add pineapple, bell pepper, onion, garlic salt, and seasoning salt. Mix well. Add 1 cup of Pearson Farm Pecan Pieces; mix well. Chill several hours. After chilling, shape into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans. Serve with crackers.
