GREEN BEANS WITH PECANS

1/2 cup Pearson Farm Pecans

1 lb fresh green beans

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup butter

salt and pepper to taste

Boil green bean in water, 8 - 12 minutes or roast in 400 degree oven with olive oil for 10 - 15 minutes. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add the garlic and pecans and stir until butter turns a light brown color. Toss in the cooked green beans. Serve on a beautiful platter or large bowl. Serves 6-8.
