Green Beans with Pecans

1/2 cup Pearson Farm Pecans

1 lb Fresh Green Beans

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Boil green bean in water, 8 - 12 minutes or Roast in 400 degree oven with olive oil for 10 - 15 minutes.  Melt butter in sauce pan.  Add the garlic and pecans then stir until butter turns a light brown color.  Toss in the cooked green beans.  Serve on a beautiful platter or large bowl.  Serves 6-8
