Summers at Pearson Farm are full of hot days, an occasional dip in a cool pond, and of course plenty of sweet and juicy peaches. The Pearson girls love spending summer afternoons together in their family kitchen finding new and fun ways to incorporate peaches into meals and delicious treats. Recently, Lanier and Adeline were browsing through their recipe books making plans for summer cooking. While their cookbooks are full of wonderful peach dishes, they were curious about the ways our customers use the Queen of Fruit. They decided that a Recipe Contest was in order. Their hope is that this will be a fun way for our customers to make sweet summer memories with their families as they create new peach dishes or perfect old ones.
