This pie is very, very special! It tastes just like my late grandmother’s pies, which I haven’t experienced in 20 years. I didn’t know anyone could bake like this anymore. Shipping incident, pie arrived with a hole on one side; it looked like someone took a spoon to it to taste it.

The Custard pecan pie selection was super. The quality of the pecans and especially custard was beyond our expectation.

I'm from the south and have baked and eaten so many varieties of pecan pie and this one stands out as my favorite of all time! This shall be my birthday cake every year from now on lol. I always buy their pecans in the Shell too and I have never been disappointed by a bad crop, so grateful I found Pearson Farms.

I am a traditionalist when it comes to pecan pie. I do not like 75% of the other pies I have eaten because the crust matters and the store bought pie crust is just nasty. I did not like variations of what my mother fixed and she nailed the great crust every time. I was given one of these and was skeptical. It was great, reminded me of my mothers pecan pie and I cried a little.

We ordered our first pecan pie earlier this year after hearing about it in a Pearson Farm e-mail. It's so hard to find a delicious pecan pie. This pie is great! We've ordered more of these pies since our first pie. It has become a favorite in our family. The pie also arrives extremely well packaged. I agree it would be a nice gift.

Your Custard Pecan Pie is my hands down favorite pie on the planet! It is perfection! It is my Birthday "Pie," my celebration dessert, my Holiday go-to and my special gift to myself. It sets the gold standard for custard pecan pies. Sadly, it is out of season for almost half of the year and I am counting the days until I can order again. This is by far the best pecan custard pie I have ever eaten! The crust is so flaky, custard filling is smooth with just the right amount of sweetness, and the crunchy pecan layer on top is just the final touch to all already amazing symphony of flavors. If you want to taste a real flavor of the south that will sure to be memorable...this is the pie for you!
