Our Custard Pecan Pie is a tribute to the kind of dessert that's been passed down through handwritten recipe cards and well-loved church cookbooks.  Our farm-fresh pecans are folded into a smooth, golden custard filling that bakes up sweet and rich without being heavy.  All of it rests inside a flaky, tender crust baked to perfection.  It's the pie that belongs at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter...and just as easily on an ordinary Sunday afternoon when family drops by.  No frills.  No fuss.  Just the kind of dessert that makes people close their eyes after the first bite.

Serves 8-10 people.

Our homemade Custard Pecan Pie is ready to eat upon arrival. If you prefer, they can be enjoyed by warming in a 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly. The pies will remain fresh up to 1 week in the refrigerator. They can also be stored for up to 6 months in the freezer.

Our pecan pies are available for purchase from November through March. Please call the farm for special requests.

Due to their perishability, we typically ship our Custard Pecan Pie on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to arrive within 3 days from leaving our farm. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may be held until the following Monday to ensure the 3 day transit time.
