Whole Multigrain Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2t. Sugar
- 2t.Baking Powder
- 1t.Salt
- 3/4 Cup Toasted Georgia Pecans from Pearson Farm
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1t. Real Lemon Juice
Directions:
Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, toasted pecans, and salt in a bowl. Make a well. Combine eggs, milk, oil, and lemon juice, Pour into well and stir till moistened. Pour on lightly greased griddle.
