Peach Crunch

Peach CrunchIngredients:

  • 8-10 fresh Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • Whipped Cream



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice peaches and place in 9-inch pie pan or other shallow pan. Blend sugar, cinnamon, flour and margarine together until you have small lumps as pie dough. Crumble over sliced peaches. Bake about 40 minutes until brown and bubbly. Top with whipped cream. Serves 6.
