Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped  Georgia pecans from Pearson Farm

 

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars. Beat eggs and pour in mixture of sugars. Add vanilla. Sift flour, soda and salt together. Stir in oats and pecans. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
