Easy Peach Cobbler


  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups sweetened sliced Georgia peaches from Pearson Farm with small amount of juice



    Melt stick of butter in Pyrex dish in the oven. Mix flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla and pour over melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Spoon peaches over mixture. DO NOT STIR. Cook at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly, about 40 minutes. Serves about 6.
