Pecan Pie Muffin Recipe

In our house a good muffin can be served with any meal. These light and flavor rich muffins can be a compliment to any meal or gathering. Be sure to let us know how you like them. Pecan Pie Muffins Ingredients 1 cup Pearson Farm Chopped Pecans 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2 large eggs 1/2 cup plain flour (We prefer King Arthur flour) Instructions Preheat oven to 350. Combine the first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Beat eggs until foamy and combine with butter & sugar.
